Patricia Phillips has worked within Sydney's most prestigious establishments including Neil Perry's - Rockpool Group, where she worked closely with Kylie Kwong as her mentor, and Bill Granger's restaurant - Bills. Patricia has a deep love of food and wine and demonstrates how best to marry the two to create the complete dining experience. You will enjoy the journey of the new and classic food techniques and flavours.

Interpreting and complimenting the different styles of each menu is the inspiring and talented Kristal Hassos. Kristal has a gift for creating beautiful, unusual and seasonal colour combinations. Her imaginative and decorative place settings can be recreated in your own home to impress your guests!
