Our Corporate Cooking Classes are the perfect solution. We provide a fun interactive food experience, including learning to cook, ‘plating up’ the meal, learning about local wines and how they are made, and the best part, sitting down to eat and drink all that you’ve learnt about.
Our cooking classes are held in Sydney and in the NSW Southern Highlands and we can tailor each session to meet your needs and quote accordingly. Cooking classes are a great way for your team to show how well they can work together, discover new culinary skills and develop new teamwork and leadership skills and it’s all fun and tasty too.

An outline of the programme may go something like this…
- Your group arrives at the venue, and we discuss what is to be prepared.
- The group is broken up into teams.
- When the class is held in the NSW Southern Highlands venue, we incorporate a winery tour and wine tasting for each team.
- A demonstration of cooking techniques which relate to the recipes (eg. cleaning fresh squid, dicing onions, stock making) are shown.
- The teams work out a preparation plan for the dish they are to cook.
- At the end of cooking each team presents their dishes and serves them to the whole group where presentation, flavours and teamwork cooperation are discussed.
